Moving Rules and Guidelines

#1 Booking Moving

  • All owners and residents must complete the Move In/Out application form via [this link] to book their move.
  • Moves are only allowed with a confirmed booking.
  • Minimum of 3 business days’ notice is required prior to your move (not 24 hours).
  • Moves can be booked for up to 2 hours (longer time only with prior approval from the Owners Corporation Manager).
  • Available booking times:
    o Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
    o (Weekend moves not currently allowed)
  • Submit your booking form to the Owners Corporation Manager to coordinate your move.

#2 Removalist and Parking

  • Removalists must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Policy. Entry will be denied if this is not provided.
  • Removalists must sign an Indemnity Form prior to accessing the premises. Refusal to sign means no entry.
  • Car park height limit: 1.95 metres.
  • Vehicles must not block or obstruct the car park entry or automatic doors.
  • Visitor car spaces are strictly for visitors only and may not be used by residents or removalists. Offending vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

#3 Moving Procedure

  • All items must be moved via the designated lift, which will be padded and locked off.
  • If your apartment includes a car park, you may move via your level using the designated lift, but must do so with care and due diligence.
  • Before starting your move, check in with the Building Manager or caretaker to lock off the lift.
  • Nothing should be placed in foyers, hallways, stairwells, service cupboards, or in front of emergency doors.
  • Do not block or force open automatic front doors, as this can cause damage.
  • No smoking is permitted inside the building.

#4 Waste and Rubbish Disposal

  • Do not leave hard waste (e.g. furniture, electricals, mattresses) in common areas. This may result in fines and cleaning fees.
  • All large waste such as flattened cardboard and polystyrene must be taken to the basement bin room, but only after confirmation from the caretaker that a collection is scheduled.
  • Costs for removal of any unauthorised waste or damage to common areas will be charged to the respective lot.

PARCELS

We can accept parcels on behalf of the residents and inform them via email or message. Residents can then collect the parcels from us.
The parcel weight must not exceed 12 kg.
Parcel dimensions should not exceed 40cm x 40cm x 40cm.
A photo ID is required when collecting parcels.
Parcels can only be held for 10 days, after this time they will be returned to sender.
While the up most care is taken with your parcels we do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
